Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Team Lead/Supervisor to optimize production efficiency and guide a team of production associates. You will take direction from management and provide data-based feedback on project timing and issues to help keep manufacturing on schedule.

The role requires strong reading of technical drawings, the ability to communicate clearly with top management and colleagues, and adherence to company policies and applicable laws.
