Job summary

Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers in Eastlake, TX is seeking a Part Time Supervisor to lead shift operations, coach team members, and uphold hospitality, quality, and cleanliness standards. You will supervise team members, deliver guest service, train staff, and support sales growth while maintaining safety.

Must be 18+, 1 year leadership, able to lift 50 lbs and stand long hours. Competitive benefits and opportunities to advance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the restaurant to ensure that Freddy’s standards of hospitality, quality, and cleanliness are being followed.
• Provide exceptional guest service and set an example for team members through a positive attitude, order accuracy, and hospitality.
• Prepare and serve exceptional steakburgers and custard.
• Dependably uphold attendance, policy, and procedure with yourself and team members on shift.
• Take initiative to provide great guest service by coaching and assisting team members.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, security, quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, employee relations issues or injuries.
• Train, evaluate, counsel, and motivate team members while supporting all coworkers with dignity and respect.
• Demonstrate a leadership attitude and willingness to train others on all shifts.
• Support strategies to ensure operations progress, sales growth, and team member retention.
• Other duties as assigned within the scope of the position.

Position Overview

The Supervisor position is the first level of management at Freddy’s and plays an important role in ensuring smooth shift operations. Supervisors lead by example, overseeing daily restaurant execution to maintain quality, accuracy, and hospitality standards.
