Job description

Lunch Mony, LLC is a franchise operating 20 Jason's Deli locations across Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas.

Job Responsibilities

The Supervisor is responsible for supervising employees throughout the shift, including catering/delivery coordinators, order takers, cashiers, chip and pickle staff, front and back line positions, and delivery drivers. The Supervisor ensures overall effectiveness of the area of responsibility within the operation.

Job Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months in a supervisory position, preferably in food service.
• Skills: Minimum age 18; ability to direct staff, exercise sound discretion, memorize basic job routines, read, write, and communicate in English, perform basic math, handle and balance money and credit card slips.
• Health: Must not be infected with a communicable disease as defined by the Secretary of Health and Human Services and must comply with city Department of Health regulations and Jason's Deli dress code policies.

Physical Standards

Ability to stand and move in a fast‑pace environment for up to six (6) hours; frequent reaching, bending, squatting, and stooping; safely lift and carry up to 30 pounds repetitively; maintain regular attendance; use cash register, calculator, knives, meat slicers, mixers, can openers, scales, and dishwashing machines.
