Ganir & Co. is seeking an Overnight Supervisor to lead our overnight cleaning operations and ensure exceptional cleanliness, safety, and service for luxury resort guests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping, hospitality, janitorial, or facility services preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As the Overnight Supervisor, you will oversee overnight cleaning operations while ensuring quality service, employee engagement, and client satisfaction.

Leadership & Operations

• Supervise and support overnight staff to ensure daily tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on time.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities.
• Train, coach, and mentor employees to meet company and client expectations.
• Conduct quality inspections and follow up on performance.
• Ensure cleaning equipment, supplies, and inventory are properly maintained.
• Coordinate equipment repairs and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.

Team Management

• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee training.
• Help prepare employee schedules and coordinate staffing needs.
• Monitor attendance and arrange coverage when necessary.
• Support employee coaching, performance management, and investigations.
• Complete required documentation, including incident reports, personnel forms, and new hire paperwork.

Client Relations

• Build positive working relationships with client representatives.
• Participate in walkthroughs and quality inspections.
• Communicate project updates, employee concerns, and client feedback to management.
• Quickly resolve issues while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Physical Requirements

This position requires standing and walking for extended periods, frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and carrying up to 35 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally). Candidates must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors and in varying temperatures.
