Job summary

CSP (Teijin Automotive Technologies) in Van Wert, Ohio is seeking a 3rd shift Production Supervisor to oversee shop-floor production, supervise and coach staff, manage scheduling, and ensure manpower requirements are met.

You will lead training, uphold quality and safety standards, coordinate with other departments, handle documentation, and drive continuous improvement on the line. A HS diploma is required, a BA/Management degree is preferred, and prior supervisory experience is essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Management preferred.
• Three years of production supervisory experience.
• Must be open and available to work off shifts.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel.
• Flexible Schedule and ability to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to troubleshoot and provide preventative maintenance and safety precautions for duties.

Job Description

We are seeking a3rd shift Production Supervisor for our Van Wert, OH Plant.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production on the shop floor. This includes employee supervision and/or coaching, production scheduling, meeting manpower requirements and placements, as well as on-the-job training for employees.
