The Supervisor role is dynamic and varied. You’ll be on your feet, coordinating with team members, and assuming responsibility for all center operations in the absence of the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Operations Manager. Our Supervisors work diligently to ensure standards are high and consistently met. This position offers a unique and engaging work environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Here’s a glimpse of your responsibilities as a Supervisor

1. Make Guests Priority #1: Deliver exceptional service, solicit feedback, and address guest complaints effectively.
2. Take Opportunities: Implement marketing strategies to drive sales through leagues, open play, and other activities.
3. Partner with Leagues: Maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers, adhere to league formats, and handle administrative duties.
4. Assemble an All-Star Team: Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling center staff.
5. Develop Management Skills: Lead and motivate your team, leveraging individual strengths to enhance guest satisfaction and center productivity.
6. Drive Food & Beverage Sales: Oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program, ensuring quality and guest satisfaction, while providing training and supervision.
7. Remain Flexible: Be adaptable to varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
