The Janitorial Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the janitorial staff cleans and maintains the client’s premises to the standards set by FlagShip Holding Company.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Employees are occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk or hear. Physical requirements include stooping, standing, climbing and frequent lifting of at least 40 lbs. of office and facilities equipment. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
