Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor to lead the floor on each shift across bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events. You will coach and develop your hourly team, maintain service flow, and ensure guest satisfaction with a hands-on leadership style.

This role requires 1–2 years in hospitality or related fields, strong communication, and the ability to stand and lift. The team offers competitive benefits, including medical plans, 401(k), and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, retail, or a guest-facing environment.
• Motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Lead by example; be present and work alongside your team.
• Basic financial awareness including labor, sales goals, and cost control.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift 25–50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

• Own the floor on every shift, keeping service flowing, guests happy, and the team moving across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events
• Step into any position as needed to maintain speed, service standards, and guest satisfaction throughout the shift
• Coach and develop hourly team members on service standards, safety practices, and company expectations
• Drive sales through guest engagement, upselling, and supporting events and in-center promotional programs
• Maintain facility readiness, lane conditions, arcade functionality, and smooth FOH and BOH operations throughout each shift
• Assist with cash handling, inventory counts, and labor tracking to build foundational operational and financial skills

What You'll Bring

• 1 to 2 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, retail, or a guest-facing environment
• A natural ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to resolve guest concerns professionally
