Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Florida is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead the floor across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events, ensuring a memorable guest experience.

You will coach a team, manage shifts, and drive sales while maintaining safety, inventory, and service standards. This role offers growth opportunities within a leading entertainment company.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, retail, or a guest-facing environment.
• A natural ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to resolve guest concerns professionally.
• A floor-first work style; you lead by being present and doing the work alongside your team.
• Basic financial awareness including labor, sales goals, and cost control.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift 25 to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor on every shift, keeping service flowing, guests happy, and the team moving across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events
• Step into any position as needed to maintain speed, service standards, and guest satisfaction throughout the shift
• Coach and develop hourly team members on service standards, safety practices, and company expectations
• Drive sales through guest engagement, upselling, and supporting events and in-center promotional programs
• Maintain facility readiness, lane conditions, arcade functionality, and smooth FOH and BOH operations throughout each shift
• Assist with cash handling, inventory counts, and labor tracking to build foundational operational and financial skills
