Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor in Rochester, NY to lead the floor on every shift and support teams across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events. You will deliver a guest experience that keeps guests returning and drive the momentum of the center.

You'll coach hourly team members, manage service standards and safety practices, and contribute to sales through guest engagement and event support.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, retail, or a guest-facing environment.
• A natural ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to resolve guest concerns professionally
• A floor-first work style; you lead by being present and doing the work alongside your team
• Basic financial awareness including labor, sales goals, and cost control
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift 25 to 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

The pay range for this position is $22.00 to $24.00 an hour.
