The SFP supervisor position, reporting to the SFP coordinator. Key objectives & responsibilitiesCollaborate with Service Centre Coordinator to establish a weekly plan. Develop and maintain daily plan for employees.Consumables/tools, equipment, parts and materials, stores deliverable and information to point of use.Conduct Vessel Class Authority Inspections.Conduct informative pre-starts/tool box talks.Provide on the job training and development relevant to role.Drive a focus on the "right work' (value add vs non value add).Provide visible leadership to support a 'safety first' culture.Monitor all tasks, HSE and quality standards.Provide accurate feedback on schedule status.Check and validate all work complete in full to standard.Act on reported HSE and quality incidents.Act on improvement opportunities raised.
