Job summary

Parkhurst Dining is seeking a Supervisor for its dining operations in the United States. The role involves leading a team, ensuring adherence to Parkhurst and client policies, and coaching staff to uphold Smile Plus hospitality standards.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in food service, with 4+ years in supervisory roles, and possess relevant culinary or hospitality education or equivalent experience. Growth opportunities, and a positive team culture await.

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Culinary, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent job-related experience.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to organize workloads and meet time deadlines.
• Supervisory and team management skills desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervises team members in their area of responsibility.
• Follows established Parkhurst and client policies and procedures.
• Coaches team members on their use of the Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
• May assist in purchasing foods and supplies.
• Maintains presence in service areas to assess customer satisfaction levels and resolve problems. Communicates findings to management.
