Job summary

Elite-Medical LLC in Cordova, TN is seeking a night-shift supervisor to oversee the work of all assigned employees, ensure customer requirements are met, and uphold our quality objectives.

The role requires minimum high school education, four years of progressive supervisory experience, and the ability to follow ISO 13485 procedures.

Hours are 3pm to 1:30am Monday - Thursday; competitive pay and benefits are offered, with emphasis on safety and teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• Must wear PPE including apron, gloves, face shield, goggles and respirator.
• Minimum high school education; associate degree preferred; four years progressive supervisor experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production in assigned area and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 procedures.
• Maintain information related to area employees' production.
• Follow directions from manager and officers; collaborate with departments as needed.
• Perform non-routine tasks assigned by manager and/or officers.

This is a Night-time Position overseeing both Cordova and Bartlett Locations. Hours are 3pm to 1:30am Monday - Thursday

Position Overview:The purpose of this position is to oversee the work of all assigned employees to supervise. Ensure customer’s requirements are met while meeting the requirements of the quality policy and production objectives of Marle.

Essential Job Functions:include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Maintain information related to assigned area employee’s production.
• Follow and ensure all assigned area employees follow ISO 13485 quality management system procedures.
• Follow and ensure all assigned area employees follow Marle’s safety and environmental procedures.
• Ensure production of customer product according to customer and Marle specifications.
• Determine whether product conforms to product specifications.
• Prevent damage, through carelessness, to the equipment or process used in the performance of the job.
• Follow written and verbal directions from manager.
• Work with all departments to provide assistance as necessary.
• Follow written and verbal directions from company officers.
• Perform non-routine tasks assigned by manager and/or company officers.

Qualification Requirements: Must be able to wear personal protective equipment to include apron, gloves, face shield, goggles and respirator.

Minimum high school education, associate’s degree preferred; four years of progressive supervisor experience.

Physical Skills: Ability to use standard measuring and testing devices such as, but not limited to calipers, micrometer, height gage, pin gage, radius gage, optical comparator, depth micrometer, etc. Ability to use hand tools such as, but not limited to wrenches, screwdriver, Allen wrench, etc. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods at the operator’s station area and walk from and to various machines at the operator station. The employee is frequently required to use hands and fingers to feel and reach with hands and arms. The duties require continuous mental or visual attention and ability to handle short cycle repetitive work or diversified operations requiring constant alertness.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and move 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
