Freddy's Shift Manager in Cincinnati, OH supports the Assistant and General Manager by guiding daily restaurant operations, controlling labor and food costs, and delivering hospitality to guests from open to close.

You’ll lead by example, coach team members, handle guest issues, and stay on the floor to ensure standards of service, cleanliness, and safety. This full-time role offers competitive pay, benefits, training, and opportunities for advancement.

• Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility and equipment.
• Foster strong vendor relations and ensure product execution is on point.

About the Role

Freddy's Shift Managers assist the Assistant and General Manager in the daily operations of our restaurants, providing leadership and motivating team members to meet operational goals. You'll control labor and food costs, build relationships with guests, handle guest issues and serve as a model of hospitality.

Physical Requirements

• Availability to work a variety of hours (days, nights and weekends) within the local metro area


• Ability to stand or walk for up to a 10-hour shift and lift up to 40lbs
