About the Position: Position serves as the Chief, Personnel Services Branch performing a variety of management and administrative functions for military and civilian personnel assigned to the Command, at the Army Human Resources Command, at Fort Knox, Kentucky.

Key Responsibilities

Serves as principal operational advisor directing civilian and military personnel programs, including recruitment RPAs, DPMAP, military evaluations (OER/NCOER), promotions, awards, readiness metrics, and labor/employee relations.
