Job summary

Encircle is seeking an experienced, fully licensed clinician to join our clinical leadership team as a Supervising Therapist. This role includes delivering affirming therapy to LGBTQIA+ youth and families, while supervising and mentoring pre-licensed clinicians.

Reporting to the Clinical Director, you will champion documentation excellence, boundary management, and crisis care within a No Sides Only Love framework across clinic and community settings.

Qualifications

• Active Utah licensure in good standing (LCSW, CMHC, LMFT or Licensed Psychologist).
• Supervisor clearance on day one: DOPL supervisory training completed and eligible as Division-Approved Supervisor.
• Deep grounding in LGBTQIA+ affirming care, crisis de-escalation, and diagnostic assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular individual and group supervision to pre-licensed clinicians.
• Lead crisis consultation and maintain high-quality documentation practices.
• Model ethical, reflective practice and support clinician resilience and retention.
• Collaborate across clinical, operations, and community teams.
