We're on the hunt for a Supervising Producer to join a top-tier LA-based Performance Agency on a growth fast-track. They have a headcount of 300+ and growing; a massive campus office in downtown LA with a fully loaded studio space sprawling over 120K sq ft, offices in New York, an international production op to support global campaigns; and a vast expanding portfolio of prestigious clients across multiple (fun) verticals. Most importantly, founders are brilliant and the compensation package is attractive. We're looking for someone who:

• Has 5+ years of experience producing content for social media in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Can own and drive production strategy for 8-10 major brands, translating strategic briefs into scroll-stopping visual content while managing in-house crews and remote talent across multiple shoots
• Leads high-efficiency productions leveraging both in-studio and remote directing capabilities, while maintaining creative excellence
