We are seeking a Supervising Producer, Field Production to develop and execute a production strategy overseeing all field production and content development, from inception to publication, maintaining our tone and standards of excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field and post-production, with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and editorial processes for high-volume, medium to long-form content, ensuring quality and tone consistency.
• Provide editorial leadership to field production teams across the U.S.
• Update senior leadership on production progress and challenges.
• Coordinate with videographers, sound technicians, and other assets to ensure timely content creation.
• Manage scheduling and distribution of content across social media platforms.
• Address production schedule challenges proactively to meet deadlines.
• Manage budgets and report on financial status regularly.
• Collaborate with brands, clubs, teams, and partners to deliver finished products.

Requirements

• 8+ years in digital media production, especially in remote or field settings.
• Experience in planning and securing field locations.
• Ability to vet guests and assess their impact positively.
• Deep knowledge of media production equipment, including video and audio gear.
• Proven experience creating audio and visual content for various platforms.
• Strong multitasking skills across different project stages.
• Understanding of social media tools for content creation and distribution.
