This role involves supervising physician assistants and nurse practitioners, ensuring compliance, and supporting clinical staff.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily healthcare management and providing clinical support.
• Hiring and supervising medical staff to ensure quality and continuity of care.
• Developing policies to meet financial and quality objectives.
• Communicating with the executive team regarding operational issues.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of internship and residency.
