The City of Cincinnati is seeking a qualified Senior Management Analyst to manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations within the Wastewater Treatment Division or Office of Budget and Evaluation. You will supervise staff, ensure policy compliance, and direct procurement contracts with vendors and the City.

General Statement of Duties
This employee performs a variety of administrative tasks involving the management of a section of the Office of Budget and Evaluation or other administrative section of a city department. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with divisional and departmental policies and procedures, initiating direction for all activities within the section, and supervising and monitoring the activities of subordinate personnel. Perform related duties as required.
This employee performs a variety of administrative and analytical duties involving the management of the financial operations of the Wastewater Treatment Division of the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati. Responsibilities include conducting all necessary planning and forecasting activities and preparing documentation to facilitate the development of annual operating budgets; monitoring divisional expenditures; ensuring adherence to financial control policies and procedures; and providing direction for activities within the section.
The employee is also responsible for managing key Wastewater Treatment Division procurement contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable procurement rules and regulations, and supervising and monitoring the activities of subordinate personnel. Performs related duties as required.

Qualified applicants must meet all criteria in one of the following requirements:
Must be an excellent communicator and team builder.
Military education and experience may be substituted for college level course work at the lower and upper division baccalaureate and graduate levels and apprenticeship training at the vocational certificate level on a case by case basis based on the American Council on Education (ACE) Military Guide recommendations.
