Responsibilities

• Oversee a high-volume caseload of approximately 1,400 litigation matters.
• Manage and monitor case dockets to ensure deadlines and filings are met.
• Prioritize case assignments based on urgency and complexity.
• Supervise drafting and review of motions and discovery documents.
• Ensure discovery disputes are escalated and resolved appropriately.
• Supervise scheduling and coordination of depositions.
• Develop and direct case strategy across the team's caseload.
• Handle escalated client calls and communicate case status clearly.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of legal professionals.
