This role supports in-person and telehealth services, with a $1,500 hiring incentive at this location. Candidates must hold an LMHC or LICSW and demonstrate strong supervision, documentation, and EMR skills.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work or related field meeting licensure requirements.
• Active, unrestricted Massachusetts LMHC or LICSW; licensure in other states where services are provided.
• Meet board requirements for supervision toward supervisee license, including post-licensure experience, approval, registration, and training.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and EMR skills.
• Additional supervision training and knowledge of emerging mental health practices preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide weekly supervision to clinicians pursuing independent licensure and interns.
• Partner with Clinic Directors to assess competencies and address performance or compliance concerns.
• Review and approve clinical documentation and maintain supervision records.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy, assessments, treatment planning, and crisis intervention with a caseload.
• Coordinate care and referrals with prescribers and other providers.
• Deliver in-person and/or telehealth services based on clinical and business needs.
• Complete clinical documentation within 48–72 hours.
• Maintain licensure, supervisor credentials, and payer compliance.
