Blossom Families is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team. You will meet with families, assess therapy needs, and develop comprehensive, customized plans for children in a family- centered setting.

We work across pediatric populations in NC with a focus on early intervention and school readiness, offering flexible hours and locations to support therapists and families. As a therapist-owned company, we value quality care, ongoing collaboration, and a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must hold the required state license for occupational therapy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
