Job summary

Carolina Therapy Connection, a therapist-owned pediatric outpatient practice in Greenville, NC, seeks an Occupational Therapist to join our team. The role focuses on delivering evidence-based therapy to children with autism, sensory processing issues, and developmental delays, within a supportive, faith-based culture.

Full-time position (37.5 hours/week) offers a 4-day work week option, mentorship, supervision, and career growth, with ample opportunities to lead programs and participate in

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's/Clinical Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current North Carolina OT license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric therapy, including autism, sensory processing disorder, and developmental delays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide pediatric occupational therapy services to children and families.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Document sessions and progress using electronic documentation systems provided by the practice.

Carolina Therapy Connection is a therapist-owned, private pediatric outpatient practice serving families in Greenville, Goldsboro, Morehead City, and New Bern, NC. We provide occupational, physical, speech, mental wellness/counseling, and educational services to children and adults of all ages, including conditions such as autism spectrum disorder, sensory processing disorder, cerebral palsy, feeding disorders, and developmental delays.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to kneel, crouch, sit on the floor, and rise to work closely with children.

  • Adequate motor skills for activities such as handwriting, crafting, and using therapy tools.
  • Stamina to remain active in a high‑energy, child‑focused environment throughout the workday.
Professional Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Clinical Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current Occupational Therapy license in North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain one).
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric therapy, including autism, sensory processing disorder, and developmental delays.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.

  • Proficiency in documenting efficiently using electronic systems provided by CTC.

  • Experience with feeding therapy, sensory integration, or other specialty areas.
