Job summary

Carolina Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist in North Carolina to grow skills, career, and impact within a team-based pediatric practice. You will evaluate and treat children from birth through age 21, collaborating with OTs, PTs, SLPs, psychology, and behavioral health.

We offer a structured home clinic model with dedicated space and resources to support planning, documentation, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist in North Carolina.
• 1+ years of pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong collaboration and child- and family-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat children with developmental, sensory, and motor-based needs.
• Provide engagement with evidence-based interventions to support participation in play, learning, self-care, sensory processing and motor development.
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to share ideas and support one another.

The Role

As an Occupational Therapist with Carolina Pediatric Therapy, you’ll evaluate and treat children with a wide range of developmental, sensory, and motor-based needs.

Through engaging, evidence-based interventions, you’ll help children participate more fully in everyday life - from play and learning to self-care, sensory processing, and motor development.

You’ll do it as part of an interdisciplinary team that shares ideas, solves problems together, and supports one another.
