Job summary

Youth Service Bureau in Portland is seeking a compassionate Supervised Visitation Worker for a part-time role. You will supervise visits between children and families in home, office, or community settings, using redirection and skill-building to support healthy interactions.

Responsibilities include transporting clients, documenting activities in Word/Excel, and coordinating with courts, schools, and therapists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; or HS diploma/GED/Associate with 4 years of direct casework experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to use a private car.
• Flexible to work daytime or evening hours; staffing on 1st and 3rd Thursdays 8:30am–12:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supervised visitations between children and families in home, community or office setting.
• Provide intensive redirection and teach needed skills during visitations.
• Transport clients in your vehicle for goal-oriented services.
• Complete and maintain all necessary documentation and paperwork for youth and families enrolled in program.
• Provide 24-hour on-call crisis interventions and coordinate services with courts, schools and therapists.
