As a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician at our retail stores, you will support and oversee repairs within Walmart's Refrigeration HVAC equipment, utilizing your commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills, hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance
• Experience with Large-Scale Rack Refrigeration
• EPA Type I/Type II or Universal Certification for Refrigerant handling
• A valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass MVR
• At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Duties:

• Maintain and repair Walmart's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using appropriate skills and tools.
• Use the work order system to receive and document repair activities and support store associates.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Complete required safety training for equipment and tools.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations by following Walmart's safety and environmental policies.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, work at heights, and use ladders as needed.

Compensation:

• Salary range: $56,160 - $106,080
• Potential $2000 sign-on bonus (select locations)
• Compensation based on skills, experience, and qualifications
• Eligible for bonus incentives
