Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician (Finance)

Job Description

Are you looking for an exciting career opportunity within a dynamic team? Walmart is expanding and actively recruiting a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician. If you have relevant experience, join our fast-paced and welcoming work environment!

Your role will support and oversee repairs of refrigeration and HVAC equipment within Walmart facilities, utilizing your commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills, along with hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance
• Experience with Large-Scale Rack Refrigeration
• Type I/Type II or Universal EPA Certification for Refrigerant handling
• Valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass MVR
• Must be 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Duties:

• Maintain and repair Walmart's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets, using appropriate skills and tools.
• Use the work order management system to receive and document repair activities.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Complete all required safety training for operating equipment and tools.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations by following Walmart's safety and environmental policies.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, work at heights, and use ladders regularly.

Compensation:

• Salary range: $56,160 - $106,080
• Potential $2000 sign-on bonus (select locations)
• Compensation varies based on experience, skills, and qualifications
• Eligible for bonus incentives
