Job Description

Are you looking for an exciting career opportunity within a dynamic team? Walmart is expanding and actively recruiting a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician. If you have relevant experience, join our fast-paced and welcoming work environment!

As a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician, your role will support and oversee repairs within Walmart's Refrigeration HVAC equipment, utilizing commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills, hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance
• Large-Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience
• Type I/Type II or Universal EPA Certification for Refrigerant handling
• Valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report
• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Duties:

• Maintain and repair Walmart's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using appropriate skills and tools.
• Utilize the work order management system to receive and document repair activities.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Complete required safety training for equipment and tools.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations following Walmart's safety and environmental policies.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, work at heights, and use ladders as needed.

Compensation:

• Salary range: $56,160 - $106,080
• Sign-on bonus of $2000 (select locations)
• Additional incentives based on experience and qualifications
