Job Description

As a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician, your role will involve supporting and overseeing repairs within Walmart's refrigeration and HVAC equipment, utilizing your skills with hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance
• Large-Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience
• Type I/Type II or Universal EPA Certification for Refrigerant handling
• Valid driver's license with a clean record and ability to pass MVR
• At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Duties:

• Maintain and repair Walmart's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets
• Use the work order management system to support store repairs and document activities
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls
• Inspect and diagnose issues with facilities and equipment
• Complete safety training for equipment operation
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations
• Lift up to 75 pounds, work at heights, and use ladders as needed

Compensation:

• Salary range: $56,160 - $106,080
• Sign-on bonus of $2000 (select locations)
• Additional compensation factors may apply
• Eligible for bonus incentives
