Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician

Walmart is expanding its workforce across local retail stores and is actively recruiting for a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician. If you have relevant experience, join our fast-paced and welcoming environment!

Your role will support and oversee repairs within Walmart's Refrigeration HVAC equipment, utilizing commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills, hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance
• Large-Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience
• Type I/Type II or Universal EPA Certification for Refrigerant handling
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass MVR
• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Duties:

• Maintain and repair Walmart's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets
• Use work order management system to support stores and document activities
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls
• Inspect and test facilities and equipment to diagnose issues
• Complete safety training for equipment and tools
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations
• Lift up to 75 pounds, work at heights, and use ladders as needed

Compensation:

• Salary range: $56,160 - $106,080
• $2000 sign-on bonus (select locations)
• Bonus incentives available
