Job Description

Your role as a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician will involve supporting and overseeing repairs within Walmart's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets, utilizing commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills, hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance
• Large-Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience
• Type I/Type II or Universal EPA Certification for Refrigerant handling
• Valid driver's license with a clean record and ability to pass MVR
• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent

Job Duties:

• Maintain and repair Walmart's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using appropriate skills and tools.
• Use the work order management system to receive repair requests and document activities.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Complete required safety training for equipment and tools.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations according to Walmart's safety policies.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, work at heights, and navigate ladders regularly.

Compensation:

• Salary range: $56,160 - $106,080
• Sign-on bonus of $2000 (select locations)
• Compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications
• Eligible for bonus incentives
