Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Superintendent to oversee our wastewater and water treatment projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Manage and supervise all aspects of wastewater and water treatment projects, from site preparation to project completion.
• Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate the efforts of subcontractors, laborers, and equipment operators to ensure efficient project execution.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all work is conducted in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Quality Control: Monitor and ensure the quality of work performed meets project specifications and industry standards.
• Scheduling and Budgeting: Develop and manage project schedules, monitor progress, and control project costs to stay within budget.
