  • 4/3 days only roster | FIFO from Perth to Roy Hill Mine
  • Competitive salary and three annual bonus schemes

About the role:

The Fixed Plant Maintenance team is currently seeking a Superintendent Scheduling Maintenance to join them on a 4/3 Days Only Roster at Roy Hill Mine.

Reporting to the Manager Fixed Plant Maintenance, you will be responsible for implementing effective equipment maintenance strategies and managing the health of Fixed Plant infrastructure and assets. You will lead and mentor a team of schedulers and shutdown support officers to deliver safe, efficient, and effective maintenance scheduling for the process plant.


Duties:

  • Oversee the development and execution of shutdown maintenance schedules, ensuring alignment with production targets and minimising downtime
  • Collaborate closely with operations, maintenance, and supply chain teams to coordinate resources and optimise work management processes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scheduling accuracy, efficiency, and plant reliability
  • Ensure compliance with Roy Hill’s safety, environmental, and operational standards
  • Provide clear communication and leadership to foster a high-performing, engaged team
  • Develop and manage the budget associated with scheduling
  • Uphold set scheduling standards across all aligning schedulers

Skills and Experience:

  • Extensive experience in maintenance positions within the mining industry
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of process plant operations and maintenance best practices
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills
  • Experience with SAP or similar Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is highly regarded
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, maintenance, or a related field (desirable)
