Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise roofing crews and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed safely and on schedule.
• Conduct daily site inspections to maintain quality control and enforce safety protocols.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors for each project.
• Act as the on-site representative, maintaining clear communication with clients, inspectors, and internal teams.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues quickly, minimizing delays and disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies, conducting toolbox talks and enforcing best practices.
• Track project progress, maintain field documentation, and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Support the Project Manager in monitoring budgets, change orders, and schedule impacts.
• Mentor and train crew members, fostering accountability, teamwork, and craftsmanship.
• Represent the company professionally on job sites, promoting a positive reputation with clients and partners.
