Project Superintendent

The Project Superintendent is responsible for managing roofing projects from pre-start through final punch-out. This role focuses on jobsite execution, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, quality control, and communication.

The owner handles estimating, drawings, and complex technical problem-solving. The Superintendent’s responsibility is to execute the plan, keep jobs moving, and ensure projects are completed safely, cleanly, and professionally.

This role typically manages 10–20 active custom roofing projects at any given time.
