VCC is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up retail projects from mobilization through completion, based in the Dallas vicinity. This is a safety-sensitive role with occasional travel to support local projects and nearby sites.

You will drive safety culture, manage schedule, quality, and collaboration with engineers, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve issues and optimize methods. As a field leader, you will oversee cost reporting, permits, and daily site documentation,

• Minimum of 5 years supervising ground-up commercial construction with a general contractor.
• Experience leading $20M+ retail projects.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Enforce safety policies and build a culture of jobsite safety
