VCC Construction seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up retail projects from mobilization through completion in the Dallas area. You will oversee safety, schedule, quality, and performance on every jobsite, driving results and leading from the front.

The role requires 5+ years supervising commercial construction, experience with $20M+ retail projects, and willingness to travel. A valid driver’s license and strong leadership are essential.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
