Flowtec Construction in Chicago is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to oversee ground-up residential, multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, and commercial projects from the developer/builder side. The role requires 10+ years of GC experience, strong budgeting and scheduling expertise, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants.

In this role, you'll play a key part in overseeing projects from the Developer / Builder side, working alongside architects, engineers, and consultants to drive successful project execution. You'll gain broader exposure to the decisions that happen before, during, and after construction while still utilizing your technical construction experience.
