Job summary

Garney Construction in Tucson, AZ seeks a Superintendent to lead on-site construction efforts, drive safety, and manage the daily field operations. You will create 6-week look-ahead schedules, monitor progress, oversee quality, and coordinate with project management and subcontractors to keep the project on track.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site safety program and enforce site rules.
• Develop and maintain short-range schedules to align with project goals.
• Coordinate with PMs to track progress and resolve issues.
• Monitor costs, labor quantities, and productivity on site.
• Prepare daily and periodic progress and cost reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure quality control standards are met across trades.
