You will oversee Grunley employees and subcontractors, manage scheduling, safety, quality control, and field operations, reporting to the Director of Field Operations. Requirements include a HS diploma or GED, 5+ years of construction experience, OSHA 10, CPR/First Aid, and strong communication.

The Superintendent is responsible for the construction site and all activities occurring therein. The Superintendent oversees and directs the material, tools, equipment, and labor used to complete the construction activities. The Superintendent is responsible for job site logistics, scheduling, quality control (Level II, or III as appropriate), safety, field office operations and overall morale. Reports to: Director of Field Operations and is assigned project responsibility under the Senior Project Manager/Project Executive.

The salary range for this role will be $105,000.00–$185,000.00.
