Job summary

Mountain Management Group in Tampa, FL seeks a Superintendent for multifamily construction. The role reports to the General Superintendent and/or Project Executive, coordinating field operations on large-scale residential builds.

You will lead on-site teams, manage subcontractors, ensure safety, schedule, and contract administration in collaboration with the PM/Construction Executive. Experience in podium/wrap projects and Southeastern markets highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Multifamily construction experience required.
• Podium and wrap project experience a plus.
• Southeastern construction experience preferred.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
