Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

We're looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities for commercial projects-from planning and coordination to execution and final delivery. If you're a strong leader who takes pride in keeping projects on time, on budget, and up to the highest standards, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily on-site operations and coordinate closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Develop and manage project schedules to ensure deadlines are met
• Oversee budgets and financial tracking to keep costs under control
• Ensure job site safety and enforce compliance with all safety regulations and codes
• Conduct quality control checks to confirm all work meets project specs and expectations
• Mentor and guide construction teams, promoting a positive and efficient work environment
• Handle contract negotiations with subcontractors and vendors
• Manage logistics like deliveries, scheduling, and site access
• Assist with cost estimates and make sure scopes align with budget goals
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during construction
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and construction best practices
• Familiarity with safety standards and local building codes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing subcontractors and negotiating contracts
• Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly on site
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
