Strata Executive in Southwest Florida seeks an experienced Superintendent to lead high-end waterfront and estate homes from foundation through closing. You will run day-to-day site operations, coordinate subs and inspections, and ensure top finishes that meet strict coastal codes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in custom residential construction, strong knowledge of Florida building codes, and proficiency with Buildertrend or CoConstruct. A client-facing, detail-driven approach is essential.

• 5+ years as a Superintendent in custom residential construction.
• Experience on luxury waterfront/estate homes preferred.
• Proficiency with construction software (Buildertrend, CoConstruct) or similar.

Strata Executive is partnering with an established luxury custom home builder in Southwest Florida to find an experienced Superintendent. You’ll lead high-end waterfront and estate homes from foundation through closing.

What you’ll do

Run day-to-day site operations on 2–4 luxury custom homes at a time

Schedule and manage subcontractors, deliveries and inspections

Deliver top-quality finishes: custom millwork, stone, tile and high-end trim

Make sure every build meets Florida building code and coastal wind and flood requirements

Keep homeowners, the project manager and designers updated on progress

What you bring

5+ years as a Superintendent in custom residential construction, ideally $1.5M+ homes

Strong knowledge of Florida building code, CBS and wood-frame construction, and coastal building

Organized and detail-driven, with a polished, client-facing manner

Comfortable with construction software (Buildertrend, CoConstruct or similar)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
