We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead public construction projects in West Palm Beach, Florida, with a focus on K-12, municipal, and other government-funded work. The ideal candidate will bring strong field leadership and a proven track record delivering public projects safely, on schedule, and in compliance with strict regulatory standards.

The company maintains a steady pipeline of local projects and values long-term team members who understand the nuances of public-sector construction.
Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout on public projects.
Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain productivity and quality.
Ensure strict adherence to project schedules, safety protocols, and contract requirements.
Coordinate inspections and maintain compliance with local, state, and school board regulations.
Conduct daily site meetings and maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, RFIs, and change orders.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, inspectors, architects, and public agency representatives.
Proactively resolve field issues to prevent schedule delays or cost overruns.
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on public construction projects in Florida.
Direct experience delivering K-12, municipal, or other government-funded projects is required.
Strong understanding of public bidding processes, inspections, and compliance standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple trades effectively.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
