Job summary

Hire Resolve.com seeks a Superintendent II to lead field operations on commercial construction projects in Chicago, IL.

You will oversee site management, coordinate subcontractors, manage budgets, and ensure quality, safety, and schedule goals while mentoring teams and driving client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years managing commercial construction projects in the field.
• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects with strong knowledge of construction processes.
• Skilled in site scheduling, labor management, and budget control.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and mentorship skills.
• General contractor experience in Higher Education, K-12, or Industrial markets preferred.
• Willingness to travel in-state for project needs.
