Mortenson is seeking a Superintendent II to coordinate, plan, and supervise assistant superintendents, contractors, and craft activities in a defined discipline. You will develop customer relationships through excellent service and drive project success on site.
Requirements include a degree in construction-related field and 8+ years of construction management experience, with travel up to 100% and strong leadership abilities.
Mortenson is currently seeking a Superintendent II that will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and supervising assistant superintendents, contractors, and craft activities in a particular area of discipline, while developing and enhancing customer relationships through excellent service.
The base pay range for this role is $130,100 - $195,200. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%). Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
