Job summary

Ironclad Powered by Mersino seeks a Project Manager/Superintendent to lead dewatering and bypass pumping projects. You will manage projects from start to finish, coordinate crews and equipment, and ensure safety compliance and on-time, on-budget delivery.

This role emphasizes strong customer communication and field leadership in a multi-branch operations network. You will monitor progress, prepare progress reports, assist in estimating work, and help promote the company at industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent amount of experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints and/or technical manuals is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task in a changing environment.
• Flexibility in schedule to meet job requirements.
• Physical exertion requirements including walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for customers on field projects.
• Drive projects from start to finish and coordinate personnel and equipment.
• Ensure safety programs and requirements are followed on all projects.
• Attend progress and critical issue meetings and report to Branch leadership.
• Manage project progress with crews and ensure execution per specs.
• Document progress, changes, and issues; communicate with leadership.
• Assist in estimating projects and developing customer proposals.
• Attend industry events to promote the company.

The Project Manager is ultimately responsible for ensuring projects are completed successfully, on time, within budget and without injury.
