Job summary

IRONCLAD Powered by Mersino is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead dewatering, bypass pumping, and trenching projects. You will drive projects from initiation to completion, coordinating personnel and equipment while ensuring safety and contract compliance.

You will mentor crews, manage daily reports, and identify opportunities to upsell services. Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking are essential for delivering on-time, within-budget results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent amount of experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints and/or technical manuals is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Power Point is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task in a changing environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet job requirements.
• Work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Requires intermittent periods of physical exertion.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for customers on all responsible field projects.
• Drive projects from start to finish, coordinate procurement and assignment of people and equipment needed to perform the work.
• Verify all safety programs and requirements are strictly followed on all projects.
• Understand expectations of the project and contract, attend progress meetings, inform Branch leadership of major issues.
• Manage progress on projects with Crew Leaders for proper execution of project specs.
• Responsible for all daily progress reports (Driller Reports, Wellpoint Reports, Pump Water Reports, etc.).
• Identify opportunities to build jobs and upsell customers on additional products and services as needs arise.
• Document and track project progress, changes, and issues; communicate with Branch leadership.
• Participate in estimating projects and the development of proposals for specific customer requirements.
• Assist in the collection process as needed.
• Attend industry functions to help promote the image and recognition of the company.
• Ensure proper documentation and agreements are executed and on file prior to beginning work.

The Project Manager is ultimately responsible for ensuring projects are completed successfully, on-time, within budget and without injury.
