Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in construction or a related field.
• Basic computer skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of field operations.
• Create and manage project schedule.
• Coordination of subcontracts, drawings, and specifications.
• Establish budgets and controlling cost.
• Identify causes of cost variances and mitigate them.
• Identify project risk and work to reduce it.
• Communicate quality standards to subcontractors and vendors.
• Conduct systematic quality control inspections.
• Follow safety program, laws, and OSHA standards.
• Manage jobsite cleanliness.
• Prepare daily time cards for supervised personnel.
• Prepare daily logs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
